Our bodies require nutrients, such as fiber, vitamins, protein, and yes, even fat to produce energy,as required by a macronutrient. Dark chocolate nutrition comes from its benefits and richness of antioxidants and flavanoids, which reduce oxidation in the blood, reducing the risk of disease to the heart and elping in prolonging life.
