When I think of milk chocolate fudge, I think of nana Colby. She is dead and gone now, but there are a couple of things that I will never forget, besides her smile. One of those things was her milk chocolate fudge. She had two signatures, chocolate cream pie and milk chocolate fudge. Her fudge never lasted long when it was brought home, believe me, with seven of us in the house, forget it! Milk chocolate fudge is one of those things you like to sit down and just enjoy while watching a good movie. It is also something you can eat too much of when at a party too!

The subtle, initial bitter cocoa powder is perfectly suited to the sweet creamy milk chocolate and crisp phyllo center. This like gourmet milk chocolate fudge.

There is also the Phenomenal Fudge Company, founded by Steve Jackson, that you can head to if you are on the hunt for serious, delicious milk chocolate fudge. Their fudge is truly unlike any other and has to be experienced at leat once, at least. But that is never the case is it, kind of like eating Lay’s potato chips!
